Services

• We provide mediation and arbitration services in person in our Santa Rosa office, or virtually by Zoom, or, if all parties agree, a hybrid of the two.

• Rates are $475 per hour for two parties, $495 for 3 parties. Hourly fees are divided equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

• We do not impose any fees or charges for cancellations or continuances.

• We require a nonrefundable deposit of $250 from each party to secure a date, which covers all case administration.
